My name is Graham Cooper and I am the Managing Director of GH Construction. I have been involved in Construction for over 30 years, the majority of this time as a Company Director. My construction experience has been wide and varied, covering single projects of a few thousand pounds to several million pounds in value. I hold professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Building and have an HND in Building from Leicester Polytechnic.
At GH Construction we have used this base of knowledge to pool together a small team of Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Contracts Mangers and Site Staff to enable us to deliver high quality construction projects on time, in budget and in line with the expectations of our Clients.
We offer a full Design and Build service from initial discussions regarding our customer’s requirements through the preparation of budget and design brief, onto detailed design and cost reports and ultimately the co-ordination and construction of the project.
We are keen to keep our customers involved and informed at all stages and our client’s become part of the ‘team’. We like to be clear and open regarding costs and provide detailed breakdowns of what is included within our estimates and also confirmation of the products and techniques proposed for the scheme. We believe in regular meetings and a high level of supervision on all projects. Good communication and experienced Site supervision is an essential quality in a successful project, as is the use of tried and tested experienced tradespersons and we have a loyal team that meet these criteria.
